1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Being an international company with suppliers all over the globe we like to keep things simple by offering free shipping for everyone.

2. Where is my order ?

Please allow between 10 - 30 business days for your order to arrive. A majority of orders do arrive within 10 business days.

  • Some items are held in stock so will arrive via Royal Mail within a few days
  • Some dog beds are made to order but again normally arrive within a few days

3. What is your return policy?

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at support@pawsnclawsboutique.co.uk and we will be able to assist you.

Unfortunately we cannot cover any return shipping costs and we advise the use of a trackable service as we cannot guarantee the reliability of courier services.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Once a order leaves the supplier we are unable to cancel it. As soon as you receive your product just drop us a email at support@pawsnclawsboutique.co.uk for us to arrange the return of the order and your refund.

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective -- then simply contact us at support@pawsnclawsboutique.co.uk com or click the message button at the bottom of the page and we’ll arrange a return and give you a refund. 

6. I have a medium size dog do I order a medium dog coat ?

The simple answer is No. Dog clothing is not the same as adult clothing, please refer to the size chart on each item. Please measure your dog to avoid the disappointment of receiving the wrong size.
